The Biomedical Engineering Day of the University of Bern takes place once a year in Bern. This career day offers Swiss and international companies from the medical technological field an excellent opportunity to meet our highly qualified and motivated students face to face and to present themselves as attractive employers. At the moment, we have approximately 170 Master students and 60 PhD students at the ARTORG Center. The Biomedical Engineering Day gives our students the chance to gather information about occupational prospects and career opportunities. Alongside the networking opportunities, the event also hosts a live surgery to discover the potential of biomedical engineering. Furthermore, we organize an extended exhibition where research groups from the ARTORG Center for Biomedical Engineering Research, and our collaborating partner, the Bern University of Applied Sciences, present their research projects. More and more alumni of our Biomedical Engineering master's program attend the annual event as well.
